I've spent twenty years inside enterprise transformation, the kind where hundreds of millions of dollars move on whether people can actually change. What I learned is that the work is never the strategy. It's always the human. I bring that same precision to the individuals I work with: the pattern recognition, the honest read, and the commitment to stay through the hard part.

My clients are not broken. They are not behind. They are standing at a threshold, between who they have been and who they are becoming. That space has a name, a structure, and a way through. That's the work.
