The VIP Day is a customized exclusive event where the focus is on YOU and YOUR GOALS!  You know what you want but it seems elusive and like it is groundhog day to get there.  Maybe it is that promotion, the shift in your lifestyle, or growing your business.  

The entire day is about you - your energy, your desires, and your business.  We peel the onion in an intensive, focused session on what is present and most important for you and your business going forward.  I give you everything I have to offer personalized for what you desire from my experiences as a coach, a sales leader, and a business consultant.  The key for you to bring is what do you want and work on the Gap between where you are and where you want to be!

We look at your business together and come up with tiny habit shifts as well as bigger changes you decide to create the outcomes you want – quicker. Together, we will work to identify what you’re doing right and where there’s room to try a new opportunity to get you re-energized about work and life!

At the end of the day you’ll leave with:

A scheduled 55-minute prep call before your VIP day and a 45-min follow-up coaching call after your VIP Day.

 

To get the most out of the day you need to be:

 

  • Ready and willing to dive deep and focus the entire day on you and your business

  • Willing to co-create your action plan. This day requires your desire and I know we don’t always know but you will need to do your best to guess and listen to your body on those moments

  • Open, committed, and all set to explore a range of possibilities and to make changes in your life/business

  • Prepared to approach and move through any fears and blocks so that you can start creating more of what you want (and dropping the things you don’t want)

  • Enthusiastic about what’s possible for you and your business

Example day flow:

All days include all meals and activities (in Naples, FL or your location)

 

  • PREP SESSION: ½ hour before you arrive that includes me asking alot of questions about your data and questionnaire you filled out so I am ready to go.

  • OPENING SESSION: We review what I heard you say and confirm approach and goals for the day and you identify what you DON’T like.

  • DEEP DIVE: We turn over all the parts of your life or business and map them out. I am a blend of a 2 year old asking the question WHY and a consultant sprinkling in ideas to get your feedback.

  • LUNCH/FRESH AIR BREAK: Get away from it and get personal and enjoy some great time eating amazing food in an inspiring location. Here we will test out what elements look to be the pillars of your go forward plan.

  • THE WORK: Here we drill down to the details of your success map. We’ll use visual tools and any other tools we need to map out all the details of your business strategy to get you where you want to go and identify the plan and the tools needed to fill any gaps. You will walk away feeling like you see your next steps and you know what you need to be aware of that has kept you from those goals in the past. Also how exciting is it to feel the faith and support of someone at the start of a new journey!
